		<description><![CDATA[We got back on the wagon today with Chest, Shoulders &#38; Triceps.  We&#8217;re letting the last 4 days go, and we&#8217;re moving forward.  We&#8217;re halfway there.  We&#8217;re still eating right.  We&#8217;re starting with healthy choices 6 days a week.  We continue to pack lunches everyday, and we eat smaller portions more often.  We&#8217;re also continuing [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We got back on the wagon today with Chest, Shoulders &amp; Triceps.  We&#8217;re letting the last 4 days go, and we&#8217;re moving forward.  We&#8217;re halfway there.  We&#8217;re still eating right.  We&#8217;re starting with healthy choices 6 days a week.  We continue to pack lunches everyday, and we eat smaller portions more often.  We&#8217;re also continuing to drink lots of water.  Once again, tonight&#8217;s workout took me to muscle failure many times.  I don&#8217;t know why, but everytime I hit muscle failure while doing push-ups, it cracks me up.  It was funny to me when I was in the Army and it still makes me laugh.  I&#8217;m really not sure why.  I guess it&#8217;s just the sensation that my arms don&#8217;t work anymore or something.</p>
