Day 42 – Ugh!

We got home pretty late.  Today was a looooong day.  I bought a 2000 GMC Jimmy yesterday afternoon.  I got it insured and registered today.  We picked up a bicycle for Gabrielle in Vilseck, and one for Abigail in Kemnath.  Then we went back to Graf and had some Greek food.  By the time we got home, I was toast.

Day 41 – Took the day off

I had my first rehersal with the new band.  I think it went well.  Anyway, we took the night off.

Day 40 – Legs and Back.

I’m glad that’s over.  Tomorrow night I have rehearsal with a new band so we will probably take our rest night here instead of Friday.

Day 39 – Yoga X…sort of…

I did about 1/2 the workout and decided I was too mad to continue.  I had a bad last couple of hours at work, and I wasn’t in the right temperment to complete a Yoga workout of any length, expecially not a 90 minute one.  I still see no reason to do Yoga for 1 1/2 hours.  I don’t I’ll ever get that one.  Anyway.  I’m tired and going to bed.

Day 38 – Back, Shoulders & Triceps & Ab Ripper X.

Wow, what a great upper-body work out.  This one brings me to muscle failure fast and keeps me there.  I can feel my muscle fibers start to tingle right before I colapse on the floor.  I hate it, but I love it.  Tomorrow is yucky, Yoga day!  I absolutely dread Yoga because it takes so long!  Well, until tomorrow…

Day 37 – Cardio X.

Worked up a good sweat tonight even with 3 interruptions from work.  Then we had our recovery drink.  I may have to become a Beachbody Coach just so I can get a discount on that stuff.  Anyway, tomorrow is that awsome Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout.  I can’t wait!

Day 36 – Kenpo X.

Today we weighed, took new measurements and pictures.  We also decided to do Kenpo X.  We may do Core Synergistics tonight or in the morning to get caught up.

Day 35 – Nikki’s Barbecue

We went to a Barbecue.  Well, I worked until about 8:30pm, but afterwords I got there, ate a little, then we came home about 1130pm.  It was late and I wanted to go to bed.  So we skipped two days in a row.

Day 34 – Nothing!

Work put me in a bad mood.  Michelle suggested we take the night off and I was inclined to agree!

Day 33 – Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X.

Okay, so I skipped Yoga, but not because I don’t like it.  I needed to catch up.  I did major muscle groups and Ab Ripper X 2 days in a row, which you’re not supposed to do.  I will try not to make a habit of doing that.  My arms are still sore from last night which meant that tonights pull-ups were no picnic.  Tomorrow is Kenpo X, my favorite!
